Architect (Mrs.) Sadhana J. Vaidya joined the firm M/s. D. R. Vaidya & Co. in the year 1971 as a junior architect, became a partner of the said firm Since, March 1976. During this period of more than last 3 decades, she is the person-in-charge for designing of all the projects of M/s. D. R. Vaidya & Co. Besides designing she also single handedly manages the execution/supervision of projects of site. Her administration capabilities, expertise in designing of structures and complete mastery in construction as well as execution of projects almost single handedly saw her being appointed on the Board of Directors of the General Education Society who are having a no. of schools in Maharshtra.
